Product Brief
Proven Identity. No Codes. No Fallback.
TokenCore™ Portable and Portable+ product brief for security and IAM teams
Most security solutions assume identity. They do not prove it. Credentials are stolen. Phishing walks past MFA. Sessions are hijacked. A security key confirms a device was plugged in, never the person who plugged it in.
TokenCore™ Portable removes the assumption. A fingerprint is matched on-device, a domain-bound credential is signed in an EAL5+ secure element, and nothing is issued without both. No PIN. No code. No fallback.
This brief is the evaluation document. Both models, specification by specification, on two pages.
What the brief covers
- Authentication in three steps: presence confirmed, fingerprint verified, cryptography executed.
- TokenCore™ Portable and TokenCore™ Portable+ side by side. Connectivity, compliance, secure element, platform support, biometric sensor, and durability.
- Which model fits where. Portable is USB-C for fixed workstations. Portable+ adds BLE 5.3 and NFC for proximity verification and mobile access.
- Target environments: financial trading floors, privileged access management, defense contractors under CMMC Level 2, and shared clinical terminals.
- Seven reasons identity teams select TokenCore™, including domain binding, tamper-resistant credential storage, and over-the-air firmware upgrades.
- Deployment detail. Native integration with Okta, Entra, Ping, and CyberArk. No drivers. No middleware.
Both models share the same 508 DPI fingerprint sensor, the same EAL5+ secure element, and the same FIDO2 and WebAuthn certification. Both are IP65 rated. Neither carries a battery.
